Salt Lake e-Liquid Review

The Good: Strong nicotine and throat hit | Nice cloud production | Great flavors and flavor selection

The Bad: Nicotine levels might be too high for some people

The Bottom Line: If you like nicotine salts, then you will like the selection of Salt Lake e-liquids. Simple as that. They provide everything you enjoy about nic salts in a wide variety of different flavors. They’re not the best choice for first-time vapers, but veteran vapers will have a ball.

Vapor Quality and Flavor Selection

Salt Lake E-Liquid Flavor Quality
The Strawberry Funnel Cake flavor is great for users who like sweet, dessert-like flavors.

Vapor Quality: Nic salts tend to produce pretty big clouds and these salts certainly don’t disappoint in that regard. They also don’t disappoint when it comes to the strong throat hit that nic salt users love.

And as for that nicotine buzz? Yep, it’s there too, especially at the higher levels. However, if you’re not used to vaping nic salts or high nicotine e-liquid, then those higher levels might make you feel a little dizzy. If you can handle it, then you should know that the Salt Lake nic salts work great with vape mods and open pod e-cigarettes.

Flavor Quality: I tried two of their flavors, and this is what I thought of them:

  • Menthol – This is a classic flavor and its re-creation here is pretty authentic. I got the cool, icy rush that I receive from other menthol-flavored products, while also getting some unexpected layers of complexity. The flavor appears to be a mix of spearmint and cream that I enjoyed quite a bit. This is easily one of the better menthol flavors that I’ve tried in e-liquids—or anywhere else for that matter.
  • Strawberry Funnel Cake – This is a pretty complex flavor to attempt in an e-liquid, but they manage to get it right, at least for the most part. The strawberry flavor comes through strongly, but the cake flavor fades over time, but at least it’s good while it lasts. Those of you with a sweet tooth will enjoy this since the sweetness isn’t overpowering or cloying. This flavor is basically dessert in a vaporizer.
