Zeus Arc Vaporizer ReviewLastest update May 20, 2022
NOTE: A new version of this vape is available- the Zeus ARC GTS (read review | visit store)
Feature heavy and handsomely designed, the Zeus Arc GT is definitely a vaporizer that defines “solid gold vaping”. On the Arc, parts that are usually made with standard metals are made with gold – cooling down the vapor and maximizing flavor. The Arc also features haptic feedback, an accelerometer, and a unique temperature cycle- all these make the Arc an incredibly exciting device that’s worth its price tag.
The Arc and Arc GT is available from the Vape-Smart store. The Zeus Arc GT is the latest high-end weed vaporizer that looks to challenge the top dogs on the Best Dry Herb Vaporizers list. It has a great chance of doing so because it has a lot of great features that many of them don’t—the most notable one being the gold heatsink, chamber, and vapor path.
It also has a lot in common with many of the vapes on that list, like ease of use, convenience, and impressive vapor quality. Keep reading my Zeus Arc Vaporizer review to find out more about its standout features and whether it has what it takes to be your new favorite weed vape.

Zeus Arc Design
The design of the Arc is understatedly handsome, covert, and very travel-friendly.
The Arc is about 3.5 inches tall, under 2 inches wide, and less than an inch deep, and it sports a body made of durable anodized aluminum with a matte black finish, so it’s the perfect stealth vaporizer. The gold lettering adds some flair, but otherwise the Arc is fairly nondescript to the casual observer, nothing about it screams, “I am a dry herb vaporizer!”
The mouthpiece is a narrow slit that sits flush on top of the device, this aids greatly in covertness and portability, but vaping from it feels a little weird compared to the more common extended mouthpieces. The raised lip surrounding the herb chamber makes loading very easy since you can use it to scoop up your herb, keeping your fingers free of herb, or the herb free of your fingers. The Arc is extremely easy to use, you just press down on the mouthpiece to turn it on and to select from one of the three heating cycles. Those cycles are indicated by three horizontal LED lights on the front of the device, the number of them that are illuminated show which cycle is active.
Those lights also indicate the battery life, which is accessed by a simple shake of the device thanks to the built-in accelerometer. The lights provide a simple to understand visual cue, but you don’t always need them because the Arc features haptic feedback, so it vibrates whenever heating is complete. That way you don’t have to keep staring at it like a cat intently watching a can opener slowly opening their food.
Another useful design flourish is the multi-tool magnetically attached to the base of the Arc, it functions as a packing tool, a stirring tool, and a cleaning tool. It’s a great feature, but it’s small enough that you might worry about losing it. It covers up the USB port normally, but when you need to charge up the Arc, you can attach the tool to the mouthpiece, which is also magnetic. The USB port being on the bottom means that the Arc can’t stand upright while it is charging, which could be an issue for some people.
How to Use It
The extended lip around the chamber makes scooping up the herb a viable filling option.
- Remove the mouthpiece to expose the herb chamber.
- Scoop up some of your herb into the chamber and tamp it down using the multi-tool.
- Replace the mouthpiece then press down on it to turn on the device.
- Tap the mouthpiece to choose one of the three heating cycles.
- Once heating is complete, the device will vibrate and the lights will turn green.
- Inhale from the mouthpiece.
Vapor Quality and Performance
The Zeus Arc produces cool and tasty vapor and impressive clouds.
Honestly, I thought the gold was just a flashy, expensive gimmick but it produces some tasty, cool vapor, with impressive clouds on the highest temperature cycle. This is pretty impressive for a conduction vaporizer with a flat mouthpiece, two factors that typically contribute to hot, harsh vapor. Clearly the gold in the chamber helps to carefully calibrate the temperature and the gold heatsink in the mouthpiece keeps the vapor cool.
The temperature cycles of the Zeus Arc are an interesting variation on the standard temperature settings. The justification for this is that you can use one chamber of weed over multiple sessions, I tried it and it works just as expected. It’s entirely possible to vape the herb in the chamber at cycle 1 early in the day, vape it again at cycle 2 in the middle of the day, and finish it off at the end of the day on cycle 3. Or, you could vape it all at cycle 3 in one orgiastic, cloud-filled session. Basically, the temperature cycles give you lots of vaping options to choose from.
You’ll be vaping for a long time too because the Arc can last for 90 minutes, that’s longer than most vapers need and casual vapers can go for days before a recharge.
